Applicant must be a underrepresented citizen or permanent resident of the United States who is enrolled in a degree-granting program at a college or university in the United States, Puerto Rico, or other United States territory. Summer program designed to enhance academic and research skills by working one-on-one with a faculty mentor from top ranked institutions.
