Western Caspian University is pleased to present Full and Merit-Based Scholarships for outstanding overseas students interested in pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate (PhD) degrees in Azerbaijan.
The purpose of this scholarship is to encourage and support individuals from low-income countries to study at Western Caspian University.
Western Caspian Institution is a private university in Baku, Azerbaijan, that was founded in 1991. It has been successful. There are eight colleges, 63 majors, and around 3000 students at the university.

Eligibility & Requirement for WCU Full and Merit-Based Scholarships for Low-Income Countries Students in Azerbaijan for 2021/2022 Year
- Eligible Countries: Applications are accepted from Low-Income Countries.
- Eligible Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any Graduate, postgraduate, and Doctoral degree coursework, offered by the Western Caspian University.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Must be a citizen of low-income countries as defined by World Bank
- Aged below 35.
